Update
We have chosen to postpone restarting MySQL databases until a later date. We anticipate additional (non-security-related) configuration changes to our MySQL image in the near future, and we'd like to minimize the number of database maintenance operations conducted for MYSQL database customers. We'll post another maintenance window to status.aptible.com once we've finalized its timing.
We will still be rotating the SSL/TLS certificates tonight (requiring a database restart) for the following database types: MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB.

Early Tuesday morning (i.e., late Monday night), we will be rotating the SSL/TLS certificates for the following database types: MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB.
In addition, we will be restarting all MySQL databases in order to pull in security fixes from the latest minor release, as well as Aptible's latest custom configuration.
This maintenance will require us to `aptible db:reload` each database, which will in turn incur approximately 30 seconds downtime while the database is restarting, during which time your apps will be unable to connect to the database.
