Beginning on July 15, we will be upgrading all apps still running in shared (non-PHI) environments on our legacy ("v1" ) infrastructure. The upgrade will incur no downtime for apps, but there may be a brief period (up to 30 minutes per app) during which new releases to these apps (i.e., deploy, `aptible restart` and `aptible config:set` operations) may be unavailable.

Database containers running in these legacy environments will NOT be upgraded during this maintenance, but will be upgraded at some later date.
