Let's Encrypt is back to fully operational.

Let's Encrypt is having issues (https://letsencrypt.status.io), and as a result automated certificate provisioning via Managed HTTPS may occasionally fail until Let's Encrypt is fully functional again.

For existing Endpoints, there's nothing to worry about: we perform renewals a month in advance.
