We have identified and resolved and issue that was causing a number of Operations to become stuck in a pending state. The availability of deployed Apps or Databases was not affected.

While the underlying incident has been resolved, we are working to clear any Operations that might still be stuck. These operations will be set to a failed status as soon as possible, and you should be able re-run these operations without further issues.
