On February 18th, between 10:00 PM EDT and 11:00 PM EDT, we will be restarting some key backend infrastructure in all supported regions.

The impact of this maintenance is that Aptible will temporarily block creation of new Operations on all stacks (Shared and Dedicated alike) in all regions. This impact will last approximately 5-10 minutes for each region.

There will be no impact to running Apps or Databases.
