In order to upgrade key platform hosts, our Reliability Team will be performing two types of maintenance on all Shared Stacks on April 2nd.

First, we will be upgrading the Bastion host on all stacks, which for each stack will mean a 3-5 minute interruption in:

* App and Database operations
* Log Drains and Metrics drain delivery
* Aptible SSH and Aptible Database Tunnel Operations
* Outbound internet connectivity

Second, we will be restarting all Databases on Shared Stacks in order to move them to upgrade hosts. This will be performed as an `aptible db:restart` for each Database in order to move them to upgraded hosts.
