We have resolved an EC2 dedicated host failure affecting a small number of apps and databases in a single availability zone of the us-east-1 region. Affected apps and databases have been restarted on healthy instances (apps scaled to 2 or more are automatically distributed across availability zones and would have automatically routed requests to healthy containers in other availability zones).
