Between 12:00am UTC and 4:00am UTC on April 24th, we will be performing an upgrade of the operating system for NAT instances in Shared-Tenancy stacks. This upgrade process will result in several minutes of increased latency or failure of outbound connections originating from Shared-Tenancy stacks. During this time period operations (e.g. restarts and deployments) targeting resources on Shared-Tenancy stacks may also fail.
