Aptible will perform maintenance on dedicated stack App hosts between 8:00 PM EDT and 11:59 PM EDT on March 30th, 2025.
Impact
During this maintenance window, most Apps on dedicated stacks will be restarted by Aptible's SRE team. Each impacted customer will receive a notification via Zendesk, sent to their Ops Alert email and all Account Owners. You should not expect any unusual impact from the app restart, as the normal release process will be used, and the results will be the same as scaling your containers or deploying new code.
Grace Period
If you have resources that require a special restart process or have strict timing requirements for restarts, starting March 17th, you may perform the required maintenance yourself. Any Apps that are deployed, scaled, or restarted during the grace period will not be restarted by Aptible's SRE team during the maintenance window.
You may track which Apps have outstanding restarts required by using the new CLI command aptible maintenance:apps (in Aptible CLI v0.19.7 or newer).
