On September 10th, between 11:00 PM EDT and 11:30 PM EDT, we will be restarting some key backend infrastructure in the "us-west-1" and "ap-southeast-1" regions.

The impact of this maintenance is that Aptible will temporarily block creation of new Operations on all stacks (Shared and Dedicated alike) in the "us-west-1" and "ap-southeast-1" regions. This impact will last approximately 3-5 minutes for each region.

There will be no impact to running Apps or Databases deployed in these regions.
